1. Introduction

Service items are the service options provided by the workshop. Generally speaking, when the technician creates a Health Check order or a work order for a vehicle, the technician needs to select the corresponding service items.

Service items usually set by the manager.

Service items could be created on Brand OS.

When creating a Service item, these are needed: serial number, item name, category, and secondary category

2. Use Case

The manager uses Brand OS to create a "Front Brake callipers and pads service" Service Item for the workshop.

  • The manager logs in Brand OS, clicks "Services -> Service Item -> Service Item", to enter the service item page.

  • The manager clicks "New+", a window pops up for creating a Service Item.

  • The manager fills in the basic information as required, including the serial number, item name, category and secondary category, and then click "Continue" after completion. "Procedure" and "Standard Pricing Variant" can be skipped.

The Showcase status can only be modified after the service item is created. The manager clicks on "Show on App" in the "Showcase status" position, and the service item will be displayed on Intelligent Motorist App.

  • The Service item is created successfully.

To activate the service, modify the Status and click "Enable". To deactivate the service, modify the Status and click "Disable".
