1. Introduction

The standardized procedure template could bound with service item. During work implement, if the service item is bound to a standardized procedure template, the technician must follow the steps.

Bound Standardized Procedure template with Service Item, could be operated on Brand OS.

2. Use case

The manager uses Brand OS to bound a standardized procedure template for the "Wheel balancing" service item.

  • The manager logs in to Brand OS, clicks"Service -> Procedure -> New+", a window for creating templates pops up.

  • The manager clicks "Add/Edit", a window for adding service items pops up.

  • The manager selects service item, then clicks "Condirm".

You can select multiple service items.

  • The service item bounding is completed.
