How to do Health Check

1. Introduction

Health Check is an in-depth inspection of the vehicle. Generally speaking, the technician will do a Health Check for the vehicle before service.

2. Use Cases

After the technician has created a Health Check Order for the BMW, the technician uses Intelligent Technician to conduct a Comprehensive Health Check for the vehicle.

• The technician logs in Intelligent Technician, Clicks "Order", then clicks "Comp Health Check", enters the Health Check page.

• The technician performs the inspection in the order of prompts on the module page. Clicks "Chassis - Tyre", takes photos and answers the questions according to the test results, and clicks "Submit" after completion.

Click "?" to check the options hints.

The number of completed questions and the number of all questions are displayed in the lower-left corner. If not all completed, you cannot click "Submit".

• After the technician completes all module, clicks "Release", then clicks "Release" after confirming the score.

• The Health Check is completed.

3. Common questions

What should I do if I cannot submit the report?

• Some questions are not completed, please check the answer page. The numbers in the lower-left corner of the page show the number of completed questions and the number of all questions. Make sure that all questions are completed before clicking "Submit".

What should I do if I cannot release the report?

• Some modules are not completed, please check the module page. The modules marked in red are not completed. If the questions are not completed, please complete the questions first; if all the questions have been completed, please go to the answer page and click "Submit". After all the red points turn green, click "Release".
