How to create a Health Check template

1. Introduction

The Health Check template is a scoring system used in the Health Check process. The technician needs to use the Health Check template during the Health Check process.

The Health Check template could be created on Brand OS.

2. Use Case

The manager uses Brand OS to create an Engine Health Check template for the workshop.

  • The manager logs in Brand OS, creates an "Engine Health Check" Service Item, chooses"Health Check/MOT" for the category.

  • The manager clicks "Service -> Health Check" to enter the Health Check template page, clicks "New+", and a window for creating a new template pops up.

  • The manager inputs the template name, selects "Engine Health Check" as Service Item, then clicks "Continue".

  • The manager clicks "Add/Edit", a window pops up for creating a new test template.

  • The manager selects the modules to be added in the pop-up window, and clicks ">" to add.

  • The manager clicks "Edit Module" on the page to launch the "Engine-Combustion" pop-up window.

  • The manager clicks "Add/Edit", a window pops up for adding a sub-module.

  • The manager selects the sub-module to be added in the pop-up window, and clicks ">" to add.

  • The manager clicks "Edit Sub-module" on the page to launch the "Ignition coil damaged" pop-up window.

  • The manager clicks "Add/Edit", a window pops up for adding check point.

  • The manager selects the check point to be added in the pop-up window, and clicks ">" to add.

  • The manager clicks "Edit Point" on the page to launch the "Ignition coil damaged" pop-up window.

  • The manager could edit stem info.

  • The manager could edit options, or click"New+" to add a new option.

  • The manager repeats the above operations to edit other modules.

  • The creation of the inspection template is complete.
