How to download Intelligent Technician App

1. Introduction

Intelligent Technician is an App used by technicians to create Service Orders, Health Check Orders, and perform Health Checks. Intelligent Technician needs to log in with a technician account.

2. Download App

IOS

  • Open App Store.

  • Input "Intelligent Technician" in the search bar, click "Get" to download.

Andriod

  • Open GooglePlay.

  • Input "Intelligent Technician" in the search bar, click "Install" to download.

3. Login account

  • Input cellphone number and password.

Please choose the correct country code.

  • Login successfully.

4. Common questions

What should I do if I cannot log in?

  • Wrong country code, please double-check the country code.

  • Wrong account, please make sure the account is a technician account.
