How to make vehicle maintance plan

1. Introduction

The maintenance plan is a list of future service items made by the technician. Generally speaking, the technician will communicate with the customer and develop a maintenance plan after the Health Check.

There are three ways to make a maintenance plan. The first is through Intelligent Hub, the second is through Intelligent Technician, and the third is through Shop OS.

2. Use Cases

Use Case 1

After presenting the Health Check Report, the technician uses Intelligent Hub to make a maintenance plan for the AUDI-A6.

  • The technician logs in Intelligent Hub, clicks on the vehicle's Health Report, clicks "Maintenance Plan", then enters the maintenance plan page.

  • The technician communicates the maintenance plan with the customer, and touches the blue module to modify the mileage.

The items were added during the Health Check process.

Only items due within 1- year display on Intelligent Hub.

  • The maintenance plan is added successfully.

Use Case 2

After finished the Health Check, the technician uses Intelligent Technician to add a "Repair front left External punctured tyre" maintenance plan for the vehicle.

  • The technician logs in Intelligent Technician, clicks "Opportunities", then clicks on the license plate number to enter the vehicle details page.

  • The technician finds the "Maintenance Plan" on the page and clicks "Create", a window pops up for adding Maintenance Plan.

  • The technician clicks "+Add" in the pop-up window.

  • The technician clicks "Repair front left External punctured tyre" in the pop-up window, modifies the mileage/time.

  • The maintenance plan is added successfully.

Use Case 3

After finished the Health Check, the technician uses Shop OS to add a "Replace rear Brake disc" maintenance plan for the vehicle.

  • The technician logs in Shop Os, search license plate number in the search bar, enters vehicle information page.

  • The technician clicks "Maintenance/Repair Plan", then clicks "Add+", a window pops up for adding maintenance plan.

  • The technician select "Replace rear Brake disc".

  • The technician edits plan and clicks "Save".

  • The technician clicks "Confirm".

  • The maintenance plan is added successfully.
