1. Introduction

Checkout is the completion of a service order. When the car owner pays, the technician or staff need to complete the check out operation for the car. The next time the vehicle arrives at the workshop, the technician or service staff will create a new service order for the vehicle.

Checkout could be operated on Shop OS.

2. Use Case

When the owner of BMW pays, the technician uses Shop OS to complete the checkout operation for the order.

  • The technician opens Shop OS, inputs the license plate number in the search bar, and enters the service order page of the vehicle.

  • The technician clicks "Checkout", and the order information window pops up.

  • The technician confirms the information in the pop-up window, and then clicks on the payment method selected by the customer.

  • After the technician receives the payment, click "Confirm".

  • The Checkout is completed.

*Note: The service order's information cannot be modified after the Checkout is completed.

3. Common Questions

What should I do if I cannot find the Checkout button?

  • Please check the login account, please log in to Shop OS.
