How to set automatic recommendation

1. Introduction

The automatic recommendation is a function that automatically triggers the recommended items during the Health Check process. After the store manager has set the automatic recommendation, the system will automatically recommend the corresponding service items according to the Health Check result.

The automatic recommendation could be set on Brand OS.

When setting up automatic recommendation, you need to have a Health Check template and service items.

2. Use case

The manager uses Brand OS to set automatic recommendation for the MOT template.

• The manager logs in to Brand OS, clicks"Service -> Health Check -> MOT", a window for MOT template pops up.

• The manager enters the "Wheel & tyres" check point stem page, clicks "Edit".

• The manager selects "Direct Trigger" for the Automatic Recommendation Trigger Method, then clicks "Save".

• The manager clicks "Options", then add recommended services for the dangerous option.

Multiple recommended services could be added for the same option.

• The automatic recommendation setting is completed.
